Security is one of the highest priorities within the space and is monitored 24/7/365 by CCTV systems. The systems are also monitored in real time by onsite staff. Local police and authorities also patrol the area regularly.

• The data centre has video surveillance to each area of the entire building from two vantage points. This includes all entries and exits zones. This system incorporates motion detection throughout the facility to track all events. All data centre security footage is stored for 90 days with incidents extracted and archived off site.
• Digital Sense utilises multiple biometric access control systems to separate secured zones. These systems ensure that only authorised personnel have access to each zone. The ingress into each zone is tracked electronically and stored on the portal system that provides security access logs.
• Each rack is supplied with its own individual key to provide rack level security within the data centre halls. Digital Sense can provide rack level biometrics and electronic locks at an additional cost.
• To meet international standards (TIA/EIA 942) the Digital Sense Network Operations Centre has been fitted with bullet-proof glass. This enables protection and segregation for the facility staff from potential physical threats.
